Earn While You Learn

Internet Marketing beginners have to start somewhere, but the question is -- where? There are many ways to bring targeted website traffic to whatever it is you're promoting, but, how do you know which strategies to start with, or which will get you moving in the right direction?

You don't. You're on your own, and that leaves YOU, trying to figure out the puzzle for yourself.

You'll find, that one is an expert in showing you how to use ad-words, another on how to use pay-per-click, and still another on how to write and publish your own ebook online. Add to that, learning about affiliate marketing, article writing, mlm's, lead capture pages, autoreponders, writing to forums etc.

By the time you've read all the guru's sales letters, your head is spinning like a WWE combatant, just coming out of an airplane spin.

Approaching these programs one at a time, may be fine, but putting them together and learning to use them synergistically, and, on your own, is very difficult. Not wanting to be a quitter however, you soldier on. That's what I did.

Most of what initially worked for me in internet marketing, was, writing articles for ezine sites, which is a very powerful way to bring in traffic. That's where I concentrated. As I wrote more articles, I did start getting a lot of hits, but they did not produce any income. I tried incorporating some of the other internet tools, but found I was in over my head.

Eventually, finding I did not have the computer skills to make the grade, I finally gave up.

And then, I would read something else about internet marketing that would peak my interest. I would devote much time to this new endeavor, but than realize again there were other pieces of the puzzle I couldn't solve. This would send me back into retirement. If I were to add them all up, I probably retired more times than Brett Farve.
