Iran Menace February 23, 2009 Ahmadinejad Vs. Netanyahu By INVESTOR'S BUSINESS DAILY Posted Friday, February 20, 2009 4:20 PM PT Middle East: The global stage is set for a confrontation reminiscent of Churchill vs. Hitler and Reagan vs. Gorbachev. How long will Benjamin Netanyahu tolerate an Iranian nuclear threat before acting? Full article INVESTOR'S BUSINESS DAILY Excerpts:
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad clearly wants to do something with the olive branch President Barack Obama has extended to him — even if what he does is stuff it into a Shahab-3 ballistic missile and fire it at somebody.Netanyahu: Will he step up on Iran? Netanyahu: Will he step up on Iran? At a mega-rally for the 30th anniversary of the Islamist revolution, Ahmadinejad echoed the president's phrase in regard to U.S.-Iran relations, "mutual respect," and conceded that the Obama administration wanted "to produce change and pursue the course of dialogue." It is clear, Ahmadinejad added, that "the Iranian nation welcomes real changes." JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israel will not allow arch-foe Iran to develop nuclear weapons, no matter what the political make-up of the Israeli government, outgoing Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said Sunday ahead of a national election. Leading the race to replace the centrist Olmert in Tuesday's ballot is hawkish opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu, who has hinted that Israel, believed to have the region's only atomic arsenal, could attack Iran to destroy means for building a bomb. Though Netanyahu's Likud will have to consider forming a new coalition government with the more moderate Kadima and Labor parties, Olmert told a visiting French delegation such considerations would be irrelevant to Israel's stand on Iran. Iran Menace December 6, 2008 Israel says considering options for striles on Iran nuke facilities
Tel Aviv, Dec.4 : Israel's Defence Forces (IDF) are reportedly bracing themselves up for a possibel strike on Iranian nuclear facilities with or without US coordination. According to a Jerusalem Post report,Israel has said that its first preference would be to coordinate with the US,but if this does seem feasible, a host of other options are being considered actively. "It is always better to coordinate. But we are also preparing options that do not include coordination," one top Defense Ministry official explained last week. Israeli officials have said it would be difficult, but not impossible, to launch a strike against Iran without receiving codes from the US Air Force, which controls Iraqi airspace. Israel also asked for the codes in 1991 during the First Gulf War, but Washington refused then.
Iran Menace December 10, 2007 From: Family Security Matters Americans Pay for Emerging World Government Cliff Kincaid Family Security Matters Full Article Excerpts:
In its new Human Development Report calling for another $86 billion in aid to the rest of the world, supposedly to fight the effects of climate change, the United Nations acts distressed that people in “rich” countries like the U.S. don’t take the theory of man-made global warming more seriously. Its answer – and this is actually spelled out in the report – is that too much “editorial balance” in the media has prevented “informed debate” about the need for “urgent action” in the form of higher taxes on energy. The U.N. report complains that, according to one poll, roughly four in ten Americans believe that human activity is responsible for global warming, but just as many believe it is a natural phenomenon. This is not acceptable to the global elite.
The U.N. is calling for more propaganda from the media, in order to push the American people toward acceptance of the alarmist view and higher energy taxes and the increased foreign aid that would result. It just so happens this would also result in more money flowing into the coffers of the U.N. at a time when the world body has already been found guilty of exaggerating the AIDS problem to generate more funds for itself.
July 15, 2007 Legislation to strengthen American security against terrorism -- approved by bipartisan majorities in the US House and Senate, has still not passed the congress. The Improving America's Security Act of 2007 was drafted to implement the unfinished recommendations of the 9/11 Commission. For two months congess has been conducting bipartisan negotiations. But, differences have not yet been resolved. Let's hope congress completes this all important task, soon.

Is anyone as concerned about the Iran menace as I? These warmongers are racheting up the rhetoric on their plans for developing nuclear power, on a daily basis. Their claim of peaceful development, is just not believable. Newt Gingrich is the one politician displaying some sense of urgency regarding the developing threat from this Mullah menace. Though other politicians mention the Iran Menace, it does not seem to be high on their list of priorities. Iran has brazenly stated its intention to wipe Israel off the face of the earth. ______________________________________________________________ Their latest threat is to tell us they are training 40,000 suicide bombers to carry out retaliatory measures should we strike their nuclear facilities. It is starting to look more and more like Iran is sitting in the catbird seat. The Europeans don’t seem to be interested in taking any action. The U.K. announced they had no intention of considering a military option. The Middle East can’t get its own house in order. China’s only concern is oil trade, and the Russian’s big interest in Iran is selling them uranium. Iran Menace Recently, on Hannity and Colmes there was a demonstration of how a nuclear device of relatively small proportion could easily be smuggled into this country. The model being demonstrated was said to be able to take out a half million people. This device was small enough to be displayed on a table. The guest said, a device with double the amount of uranium, which was not much, could take out four million. It is startling to think of sitting idly by while we speculate about the kind of disaster that will occur, if the madman Ahmadinejad is allowed to carry out his plans. Are we going to allow Ahmadinejad to recklessly pursue nuclear weapons or has diplomacy nearly run its course. Is it time for a clear signal that the aggression stops now or else. We’ve all experienced 9/11. We saw the devastation and are still reliving the horrors of that day. The movie “United 93” reminded us of the possibility of another national nightmare. Democratic leaders and much of the liberal movement is seriously undermining the effort to deal with the extremely serious threats we face from Iran and the radical Islam movement Our leaders must hear the loud and clear message that we’ve been pushed to the limit. Let your leaders know. Stop these tyrants now or we could face drastic consequences. Iran Menace to Editorials
